CAM Integrated Solutions, a provider of engineering, procurement and construction management solutions to onshore oil and gas upstream, midstream and transmission markets, has leased 59,220 SF at 17000 Katy Freeway for its headquarters. Justin Leighton, Branon Presnell and Lonna Dorman of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the tenant. NEW DESIGN BUILD – GRANDWAY WEST – KATY, TX

Oilfield Testing & Consulting, LLC signed a design-build deal for a 14,500 SF office and lab building to be constructed on a site within Grandway West, an 85-acre joint venture development of InSite Realty and Urban Companies located at the Grand Parkway and Franz Road. Urban will handle the design and construction of the facility, which is expected to deliver in the 2nd quarter of 2019. Rives Nolen, John Stavinoha, and Steve Hazel with InSite represented the developer and Jordan Raney and David Buescher with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer.

NEW DESIGN BUILD – CLAY ROAD COMMERCE PARK – KATY, TX

Fireproof Contractors signed a design-build deal for a 46,200 SF tilt-wall distribution facility to be constructed on a 2.76 acre site within Clay Road Commerce Park, a 90-acre joint venture development of InSite Realty and Urban Companies located near the Grand Parkway and Clay Road. Urban will handle the design and construction of the facility, which is expected to deliver in the 2nd quarter of 2019. Rives Nolen, John Stavinoha, and Steve Hazel with InSite represented the developer and Joseph Smith with CBRE represented the buyer.
