  • The InSite led partnership InSite Brittmore Partners, LP successfully purchased 1400 Brittmoore.

  • The InSite led partnership I.C. Wilcrest, LP completed it's investment plan and sold the office buildings, located at 2424 Wilcrest and 2500 Wilcrest in West Houston (Westchase submarket) totaling 154,704 square feet after an eight year period of successful ownership.

  • The InSite led partnership AP 2013, LP sold Ashford II and III, located at 950 Threadneedle and 14800 St. Mary's Lane in West Houston, totaling 143,505 square feet.
November
  • Tiger Valve Company pre-leased a 94,074 square foot facility being developed by EastGroup Properties in World Houston International Business Center. The building is expected to be complete in the 3rd quarter of 2015. Barrett Gibson and Jason English of Colliers International represented Tiger Valve in the transaction, and InSite's Rives Nolen represented EastGroup.
