InSite’s Development Group completed its first development project in 1996.  Since 1996 InSite has developed greater than 4,220,000 square feet of industrial and office buildings throughout Houston, Texas.  InSite’s developments have been build-to-suit or buy-to-suit, pre-leased projects, speculative multi-tenant projects and/or semi-speculative multi-tenant projects with pre-leased anchor tenants.  Projects have been high quality institutional grade tilt-wall construction, pre-engineered metal exterior and crane served manufacturing facilities.
