InSite’s Development Group completed its first development project in 1996.  Since 1996 InSite has developed over 5 million square feet of industrial and office buildings throughout Houston, Texas.  InSite’s developments have been build-to-suit or buy-to-suit, pre-leased projects, speculative multi-tenant projects and/or semi-speculative multi-tenant projects with pre-leased anchor tenants.  Projects have been high quality institutional grade tilt-wall construction, pre-engineered metal exterior and crane served manufacturing facilities.
