Our experience spans both commercial office and industrial assets, allowing us to adapt our approach to the unique needs of each property type.

Through proactive management and leasing coordination, we have achieved measurable results, including 100% occupancy at 17000 Katy Freeway and 99% occupancy at a 290,000 SF office property within the Grandway West portfolio.
