Jack Hilliard Distributing Co., Inc. purchased a 2.7 acre parcel of land on Clay Center Drive in Clay Road Commerce Park, a joint venture development of InSite Realty and The Urban Companies located near the Grand Parkway and Clay Road. Urban handled the design and construction of the approximately 40,000 SF facility, which is nearing completion. The Jack Hilliard facility is the 16th building to deliver in the new 90-acre industrial park. Rives Nolen, Steve Hazel, and John Stavinoha represented Clay Road Partners, LP and Jim Stark with CBRE represented the Buyer.
