Sarah joined InSite Realty Partners in August 2024, bringing a unique blend of creativity and organizational expertise to the team. With over 12 years of experience in administration, events, and development from Alair Homes Houston and Houston Christian University, she oversees day-to-day operations and manages the Human Resources department. Her responsibilities include:

• Optimizing office operations
• Spearheading hiring efforts
• Administering employee benefits
• Developing training programs
• Managing payroll and compliance
• Cultivating a positive and supportive workplace culture

She is committed to delivering tailored solutions and seamless operations for team members and clients alike.

Sarah is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University, holding a degree in Communication and Business.  In her free time, she loves to travel, try out new recipes, and spend time with her husband, two kids and golden retriever.
