Logan is a leading member of the industrial team at InSite Realty Partners, LP (InSite) with a primary focus on the firm’s institutional leasing activities. Since joining InSite in 2008, Logan has completed over $100 Million in industrial, flex, and office leases, negotiated the disposition of land and industrial properties, and assisted in sourcing and underwriting numerous acquisitions for InSite and InSite’s institutional clients.  Currently, Logan and his team provide leasing services for over 9MM SF of industrial property in the Houston area.

Prior to InSite, Logan worked in the financial services industry. Logan is a 2007 graduate of Rice University, having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Studies and Political Science. He and his wife Emily reside in Houston with their two dogs.
