Senior Property Manager

Larry Ballinger has been InSite Realty’s Senior Property Manager since 1997. Larry’s primary responsibilities include property and construction management.

Larry has worked with many of the industry recognized top investment and asset management companies such as TA Associates Realty, Cargill, EastGroup Properties, Travelers, Metropolitan Life, Prudential Insurance and Essex Capital. Larry has managed more than 10 million square feet of commercial property, performed construction management on over $60 million of shell building, tenant improvement and capital improvement projects and negotiated contracts for more than one million square feet of commercial property.

After graduating from Texas Tech University, Larry worked 18 years for Vantage Companies, eventually serving as Senior Vice President. He was a portfolio manager and liaison to private and institutional investors, successfully managing portfolios that included asset and construction management and acquisition and disposition evaluation.

Larry has his Texas Real Estate Salesman license and has earned a Certified Property Manager designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Larry is a member of the Institution of Real Estate Management and has served on the committee for CPM candidate review and as the co-chair of the Income Expense Analysis Committee.
