Jacob Kupfer

Property Manager

Jacob Kupfer is a property management professional who earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas (2020). He supports day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination to help ensure efficient building management and a high level of service.

He has extensive hands-on experience working with retail shopping centers, first as a service vendor managing projects such as striping, sweeping, and concrete work, and later from the owner’s side supporting day-to-day building operations and tenant relations. Jacob excels at coordinating with tenants to maintain and optimize their spaces, fostering strong partnerships and promoting operational efficiency. Passionate about creating value in property management, he enjoys solving practical challenges and delivering consistent results.

Outside of work, Jacob is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time on the course and is a diehard Houston Texans fan ready for a Super Bowl.
